BAR Engineering Looking for Intermediate Facilities Engineer
Lloydminster
The successful candidate wills be responsible for facility and pipeline designs, project management and will provide technical expertise and cost effective solutions to Oldfield clients in high quality, professional manner. Reporting to senior engineering personnel, this position will work as part of a very successful team in a busy and multi- Client environment.
Qualifications:
-Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Petroleum engineering from a recognized educational institute.
-Have a minimum of four years previous oil and gas experience with experience in facility and pipeline design.
-Previous hands on experience working with SAGD projects, would be preferred
-Demonstrate strong communication skills and proven ability to partner with clients in a solution based service model.
-Work independent to some degree and must be self motivated and have excellent organizational skills.
-Be registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) and/or Association of Professional Engineers & Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA)
-Have reputation as a high performer within a team environment
Maintain a valid Driver’s License as a condition of employment
Will provide candidates with a variety of projects and allow for field and technical experience
